Private equity dealmaker Adil Taha set up a consultancy to connect law firms with private equity investors

Law firms are increasingly open to private equity investment, fearing they may miss out on an important source of capital that is currently focused on professional services, according to the founder of a new advisory boutique.

Adil Taha, the former chief executive of litigation law firm Rosenblatt, has left the firm to launch a consultancy with Jonathan Watmough, former managing partner of city law firm RPC.
