Paul Hastings has hired a fourth infrastructure partner from rival US law firm White & Case.

The firm hired infrastructure partners Dinmukhamed Eshanov and George Kazakov from White & Case last month to co-lead a new office in Abu Dhabi, alongside Paris-based partner Xavier Petet.
