Ross Allardice joins Latham & Watkins’ private equity M&A  practice in LondonPhoto: Goodrich Visions for White & Case

Latham & Watkins has strengthened its London M&A and private equity practice with the hire of Ross Allardice from rival US law firm White & Case.

Allardice first joined White & Case in 2013 after an eight-year stint as a partner at Kirkland & Ellis. He moved to Dechert in 2016 before rejoining White & Case in 2021.
